These terms apply to users of annringstrand.com They will be valid for all your transactions with ANN RINGSTRAND and visits to annringstrand.com. These conditions apply to sales of all products by annringstrand.com to private individuals.
We will ship from our warehouse within 24 hours. You can choose between the following shipping services.
DHL Direct 2-3 days - Sweden only
Your order will be delivered to a local DHL Access point.
UPS inside EU 2-5 days - International Your order will be delivered to a local UPS Access point.
UPS World Wide 2-5 days - International Your order will be delivered to a local UPS Access point.
We're unable to cancel an order once it has left our warehouse.
The shipping cost is non-refundable for all returns.
Delivery to rural addresses can take longer.
Taxes and duties
Orders to countries outside the European Union may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that the price displayed at checkout are exclusive of all taxes and duties as well as Swedish VAT. We are unable to advise the exact amount of Duties and Taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local Customs.
Ann Ringstrand insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you.
Orders at annringstrand.com can be returned for free within 30 days for any reason. We only accept products that are unused accompanied/attended by the original invoice. Return of perfumes will only be accepted if labels and the original packaging are fully intact and in a resalable condition.
When using our free return service, you will be refunded in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse. Ann Ringstrand will issue a full refund including the shipping cost from us to the customer. To return or exchange items, you must use the enclosed pre-paid shipping label and contact a DHL service point (in Sweden) or UPS (international) to pick up any items before returning to us. We do not accept any other services.
Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability. Exchanges shipped to you free of charge. Should you be interested in a different style, please return your item/s to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at annringstrand.com. Receiving a refund.
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. If the complete order is returned a refund will include Ann Ringstrand shipping costs.
The order amount will be captured from your account as soon as your order has been placed. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us and we will issue a refund back to your account. Easy returns - if something doesn't fit, just return it to us for an exchange or refund. The following payment methods are accepted:
