This meditation - and yoga cushion helps you to sit comfortably with a straight posture for a longer time, which makes it easier to relax and focus on your breathing. The handle on one side makes the cushion easy to move around. It has a Global Organic Textile Standard certificate, which means that it fulfills high human-organic demands and contains no toxics that are harmful to our health. Measurements are 40 cm x 17 cm, weight is 2,5 kg. The cushion contains 100% traditional organic buckweat filling. Cover is removable and washes in 40 degrees celsius. Made in India.
